- Contract: any agreement between the Company and You regarding the sale of Products, incorporating these Terms.
- Order: the offer made by You on the Site to purchase one or more Products, including Preorders if applicable.
- Preorder: the offer made by You to purchase Products that are not yet available for delivery.
- Products: the goods offered for sale on the Site, each referred to as a "Product."
- Terms: these Terms and Conditions of Sale governing purchases made on the Site www.kitimimi.com.
- Site: the website accessible at www.kitimimi.com and any other site that the Company may publish.
- User: any person visiting or using the Site or placing an Order.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 - Access to and use of the Site, as well as the placement of Orders, are subject to acceptance of these Terms. By accessing the Site and placing an Order, You declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
2.2 - If You do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Site and not place any Orders.
2.3 - These Terms are available at any time on the Site and can be printed or saved for future reference.
3. Purchase Conditions
3.1 - The sale of Products through the Site is reserved for individuals who are of legal age and acting as consumers, meaning individuals who act for purposes not related to a commercial or professional activity.
3.2 - You may order multiple Products in a single Order, but the purchase of more than 100 units of the same Product is not permitted.
3.3 - In the event of non-compliance with these provisions, the Company reserves the right to cancel the Order or suspend access to the Site.
4. Ordering Procedures
4.1 - The offers of Products on the Site are not binding and do not constitute an offer to the public, but rather an invitation to submit an Order.
4.2 - The Products available for sale are those displayed on the Site at the time of the Order, accompanied by detailed descriptions.
4.3 - To place an Order, You must complete the Order form available on the Site after registering.
4.4 - The Company will confirm receipt of your Order by email, but this does not mean the Order has been accepted.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
5.1 - The prices of Products displayed on the Site are expressed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes.
5.2 - Shipping costs are not included in the price and will be specified before the final validation of the Order.
5.3 - Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. In the case of a bank transfer, the costs associated with the transfer will be your responsibility.
5.4 - The Company reserves the right to change the prices of Products at any time, but the applicable price will be that in effect at the time of placing the Order.
6. Delivery of Products
6.1 - Products will be delivered to the address specified at the time of placing the Order.
6.2 - The Company commits to shipping Products within a maximum of 30 days after acceptance of the Order, except in cases of force majeure.
6.3 - Delivery times are indicative, and the Company cannot be held responsible for delays.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 - In accordance with applicable law, You have a period of 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons.
7.2 - To exercise this right, You must inform the Company of your decision to withdraw by email, specifying your contact details and your Order number.
7.3 - Return shipping costs for Products will be your responsibility. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused.
8. Liability
8.1 - The Company shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the Products.
8.2 - In the event of non-compliance of the Products, the Company's liability shall be limited to the refund or exchange of the affected Products.
